CITY OF CHEYENNE PUBLIC NOTICE SURPLUS AUCTION The City of Cheyenne, under the direction of Al-Rose Auction & Realty LLC, will be holding a “Surplus Auction”. This will take place on-line at www.wyauction.com or www.alroseauction.com , on October 2, 2026, with the bidding starting to close October 20, 2026 at 8:30 pm MST. Items at Dry Creek Water Reclamation Facility, 8911 Campstool Road can be previewed on Friday, October 16, 2026 from 10-11:30am, Fleet Maintenance Shop, 2731 Old Happy Jack Road can be previewed on Friday, October 16, 2026 from 1:00 -3:30pm, and Board of Public Utilities, 2412 Dillon Ave (Shop), can be previewed on Friday, October 16, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm. Shown on each lot on the bidding site, is the preview and pickup locations. All sales are "AS-IS-WHERE-IS" and all sales are final. Items purchased at the auction must be removed from city property by the designated pickup dates and times (unless other arrangements are made with city personnel). The City of Cheyenne will not be responsible for items not picked up on the designed dates.
