Justware Annual Maintenance and Support -Direct Award Direct Award Determination The Purchasing Division has been requested to approve a Direct Award Contract for the West Virginia Attorney General's Office-Medicaid Fraud Unit (MFCU) for a maintenance contract on proprietary software for a case management system built specifically for to meet MFCU needs. Pursuant to WV Code 5A-3-10c, the Purchasing Division is attempting to determine whether the commodity or service is a direct award procurement.
