Risk Management Insurance System (RMIS)

THIS IS NOT A BID. The Department of Financial Services (Department), Division of Risk Management (Division), intends to purchase Risk Management Insurance System (RMIS) claims management software by Origami Risk LLC (Origami Risk). This software will be used for the processing and payment of claims for the State Property and Casualty Self-Insured Claims Adjustment Program (Program). Please see the attached PUR 7778 for additional information. Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Contract Award will commence on 10/05/2026 at 10:00 a.m. (ET) and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekend until 10/08/2026 at 10:00 a.m. (ET). Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57 (3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceeding under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
