Professional Construction Management Services RFP

The City of Fitchburg (2022 population: 33,000) is proposing to remodel City Hall and the Community Center after the Police Facility is occupied in early 2027. The City is requesting proposals, regarding this unique opportunity, from qualified firms to be part of a team to perform professional services for the City Hall Campus Renovations. Services shall generally include performing Construction Management services related to the renovations.
