Virtual Reality Software License Warranty and Operator

The VA Portland HCS has a requirement for software licenses and hardware warranty. With the warranty, it is needed to maintain an onsite operator. This will include software license and updates, for the maintenance of Scenario Launcher, After Action-Review, Scenario Editor software packages, and Motive System Launcher (Opti-Track). The warranty will include repair and/or replacement for all equipment malfunctions
