Turnpike Rd Culvert Replacement

The project objective is to replace an undersized and perched culvert with a stream-compatible crossing that improves hydraulic capacity, reduces erosion potential, restores aquatic organism passage, and meets current State of Vermont hydraulic and environmental standards.
