Work to be performed under this project includes: construction of sidewalk, curb, lighting, drainage, retaining wall, intersection reconfiguration, and crosswalks. Beginning at a point on Depot Street at Bridge #0011 and extending approximately 2,057 LF north along the west side of the road to an existing crosswalk across Depot Street, then continuing on the east side of the road approximately 403 LF north from 526 Depot Street to the Chester Town Office.
