West Burke Village Wastewater

Sealed Bids for the construction of the West Burke Village Wastewater Project will be received by the Town of Burke, at the office of the Town of Burke, 212 School Street, West Burke, VT 05871, until 2:00 PM local time on November 5, 2026 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in the Town Office. The Project consists of 5,600 lf of 2” HDPE sewer force main, connection of 27 properties to the force main through package tank pump stations, construction of two subsurface drip disposal fields, pavement restoration, and miscellaneous work, testing, and cleanup. Prospective Bidders may obtain the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office at a cost of $140 per set, shipping is included. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Upon request, Bidding Documents in PDF format will be provided to prospective Bidders who have purchased printed Bid Document. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
