RPS Charter Bus Services

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a (fixed price/term contract) contract(s) for Charter Bus Services on an “as needed” basis for Richmond (City) Public Schools (RPS) in support of its school programs. RPS reserves the right to make multiple awards. The services are required district-wide for the School Board of the City of Richmond (School Board), a public body within the Commonwealth of Virginia. The School Board of the City of Richmond does not discriminate against faith-based organizations in accordance with the Code of Virginia, § 2.24343.1 or against a bidder or offeror because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other basis prohibited by state law relating to discrimination in employment in the performance of its procurement activity.
