Design Services for Building New Career and Technical Education Center (CTE)

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contract through competitive negotiation with an architectural or engineering firm (A/E) to provide comprehensive professional design services and construction administration for the new Career and Technical Education Center (CTE) for Richmond Public Schools. The services will be provided for the School Board of the City of Richmond (School Board), a public body within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
