Road Paving - Occoneechee State Park - IFB-199-VSP-2026-042

The Department of Conservation and Recreation (agency) seeks a qualified licensed contractor to perform asphalt paving, improvements, general maintenance, and repairs of over 10,300 square yards of campground road surface at Virginia’s Occoneechee State Park. Additional residential driveway surfaces are included for bid totaling approximately 1,840 square yards. All lots are to be awarded at the option of the agency.The successful bidder shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, tools, and supervision to perform asphalt paving, improvements, general maintenance, and repairs within Occoneechee State Park.A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting and site visit will be held at Occoneechee State Park at 1:00 PM (1300 EST) on April 22, 2026. Interested bidders MUST attend and stay for the ENTIRE meeting and site visit. The meeting will start promptly at 1:00 PM.
