Asphalt Paving – High Bridge Station, High Bridge Trail State Park

The Department of Conservation and Recreation (agency) seeks a qualified licensed contractor to perform asphalt paving and repairs of approximately 12,400 square feet of park road surface at Virginia’s High Bridge Trail State Park. Installation of approximately 1,365 linear feet of timber guardrails is included to be awarded at the option of the agency.A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting and site visit will be held at High Bridge Trail State Park at 10:00 AM (1000 EST) on Friday, September 11, 2026. Interested bidders MUST attend and stay for the ENTIRE meeting and site visit. The meeting will start promptly at 10:00 AM.
