The Virginia Air National Guard is issuing a solicitation for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to Replace the HVAC System at Bldg 203 Redhorse Facility in accordance with specs dated 17 April 2026 and drawings dated 17 April 2026.
