The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain proposals from qualified consultants to provide Roadway and Civil Design Services for the Route 15 Widening from Montresor Road to the Lucketts Bypass (Project).The Consultant selected through this competitive procurement process will advance the Project through design, permitting, right-of-way acquisition support, utility coordination, public involvement, preparation of construction procurement documents, and construction-phase engineering and administration support.
