RFQ 692007: Construction of the Westpark Improvements

The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct the Westpark Improvements (the Project). The Westpark Improvements project is a project to develop the former Westpark Golf Course property into a passive park with parking, restrooms, and significant environmental features focused on best management practices (BMPs), and the creation of a bank of wetland/nutrient credits. The project is to be located on approximately 133.46 acres within the Town of Leesburg, Virginia across multiple properties owned by the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, identified by the property identification numbers (PIN) 2723877000000, 2721730680000, 2734633380000, and 272166306. The General Contractor shall be responsible for the safety and security of neighboring residents, Loudoun County staff, and the public throughout the Project’s construction phase. This Project is located adjacent to a residential area; therefore, adherence to all local and state ordinances for work hours and noise levels shall be strictly enforced.
