The City of Richmond, Virginia (the “City”), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities (“DPU”) seeks bids from qualified firms to provide general contracting services for the Forest Hill Sewer replacement project (the "Project"). The Project will entail installing associated sewer pipes and manholes, inspecting and replacing service laterals as necessary, and rehabilitating existing manholes where warranted (the "Work").
