Fairfax County is soliciting pre-bid qualifications for the construction of the Fairfax County Hybla Valley Childcare Center, located at 7950 Audubon Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22306. Only firms that have been prequalified in accordance with the procedures stated in the PrequalificationApplication Instructions and Application to Prequalify will be eligible to submit bids for this project. Bids received from those who have not been prequalified will not be considered.Construction bids for this project are currently scheduled to be opened in December 2026.
