GEORGE MASON REGIONAL LIBRARY RENOVATION

Sealed bids are hereby solicited for construction, which includes a full renovation of theexisting 28,000-square-foot masonry building. The scope includes a new standing seammetal roof, new low slope single-ply membrane roof systems, removal and replacement ofall exterior windows and doors, and improvements to the exterior envelope (insulation andair barrier) to meet current building codes.
