The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide the following brand-specific tools and accessories: EZ-Tap Drilling Machine, EZ-Tap Kit, Air Power Operator, Water Pump, and Impact Wrench to the City's Waterworks Department as outlined in the specifications.
