Custom Meter Vault Lid

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids from a qualified contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to replace an existing Newport News Waterworks meter vault lid at the meter vault located at the Canon Virginia facility, in accordance with the specifications in this IFB.
