Description
Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide event planning services for the Universityâs signature events: RAMCamp and Weeks of Welcome (WOW), as defined in the Statement of Needs below. Firms who meet the requirement specified in this BVA will be issued a purchase order. The terms and conditions of this BVA will govern the purchase order.
