VCU is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit submissions from qualified firms for the procurement and implementation of a comprehensive, web-based Recreation Management System. The system should support VCU RecWell operations across approximately 50 workstations at 5 different facility locations, as well as full-time staff who access the software remotely. Firms should propose a solution that addresses the functional, technical, operational, and integration capabilities detailed below and provide written responses addressing each item.
