Description
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), Unaccompanied Alien Children Bureau (UACB) identified an urgent requirement to maintain continuity of legal services for unaccompanied children following the expiration of the predecessor contract. Contract No. 7571MN26C00029 was awarded to maintain continuity of these services. The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JFOC) supporting this contract action is attached to this notice.
