Description
The National Center on Law and Elder Rights (NCLER) is a national resource and support center required under the Older Americans Act (OAA) Section 420(a)(1). NCLER provides technical assistance, support, and training to professionals and advocates working in legal assistance, elder rights, and associated aging services networks. NCLER’s goal is to improve the delivery of legal assistance services to older adults with greatest economic or social needs and to improve the capacity of the aging services network to better meet the needs of older adults through a systems-level focus.
