Vocational Rehabilitation Impartial Hearing Officers

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking qualified individuals to provide Impartial Hearing Officer (IHO) services, as outlined in Title 40 of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC), Chapter 850, Subchapter E and Chapter 854, Subchapter E. IHOs preside over formal hearings and mediations for Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) customer appeals and Business Enterprises of Texas (BET) grievances, ensuring that all parties receive the fair and neutral due process required by law.
