Technical Advisory Services for the Allens Creek Reservoir Project

The BRA is requesting proposals for Technical Advisor services from firms with demonstrated experience in services needed to complete the Allens Creek Reservoir Project including regulatory (Federal and State) permitting, water resources engineering analyses, and project specific component design. The Firm selected will, as directed by the BRA and through the BRA, protect the BRA’s and customers’ interests related to the tasks outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Use of the Technical Advisor will be at the discretion of the BRA to support the BRA Project Team on select tasks throughout the Project.
