REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE LEASE OF 15,948 SF OF OFFICE SPACE IN AUSTIN, TEXAS FOR THE FIFTEENTH COURT OF APPEALS (15TH COA)

The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) has identified a need for lease office space to meet the requirements of the Fifteenth Court of Appeals (15th COA). Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2167.054, TFC is soliciting offers for 15,948 SF of usable office space in the City of Austin, Travis County, Texas, under the guidelines provided in Texas Government Code, Chapter 2167. All proposals must meet the requirements outlined in this request for proposals (RFP) to be considered for evaluation by TFC.
