Open Enrollment - Clinical Examiners

Texas Civil Committment Office (TCCO) is seeking Applications to establish Contracts to provide clinical examinations for civilly committed sex offenders. TCCO is required under Texas Health and Safety Code §841.101 to contract with an expert to conduct a biennial examination of a person committed under Chapter 841 and to provide a report of the examination to the court having jurisdiction over the person’s commitment as part of a biennial review process.
