26-0120-6 Annual Contract for Pre-Employment Psychological Evaluations for CCPD and E911

Chatham County, Georgia, acting through the Chatham County Police Department (¿CCPD¿) and Chatham County E911 (¿E911¿), is soliciting proposals from qualified providers to furnish pre-employment psychological evaluation services for applicants being considered for sworn law-enforcement positions and emergency communications positions. The purpose of these services is to assist CCPD and E911 in determining whether a conditional candidate is psychologically suitable to perform the essential functions of the applicable position. The evaluation is one component of the County¿s overall hiring process and shall not be the sole basis for an employment decision. The County anticipates evaluating approximately thirty (30) candidates annually. This estimate is provided for planning and pricing purposes only and does not represent a minimum purchase commitment or guarantee of volume. The County reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of evaluations based on operational needs, available funding, hiring activity, and the terms of the resulting contract.
