Kitchen Equipment Maintenance and Repairs for Brenham State Supported Living Center HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for preventative maintenance and as-needed repairs for kitchen equipment at Brenham State Supported Living Center. Mandatory On-Site Visit HHSC will conduct two mandatory on-site visits at the location specified below on the date and time identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of this IFB) or on the date and time established in subsequent Addenda. The on-site visit will include a review of the IFB requirements as well as a walk-through of the facility. Attendance at one site visit is mandatory. Failure to attend in person will result in the disqualification of a Bidder. Bidders not listed on the attendance log will not be permitted to submit a Response. Site Visit Instructions: When entering the facility grounds, stop at Guard Shack and show your Texas Driver’s License or State ID. Inform Guard Shack staff that you are here to meet with the Food Service Manager, Gabe Lewis, at Food Service. Park in the parking lot at food service, ring buzzer at door and someone will let you into the building and show you to Gabe’s office.
