Downtown to Loop Pressure Zone (PZ) Conversion Project

New Braunfels Utilities (“NBU”) invites the submittal of responses to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from qualified firms interested in providing construction services in connection with the construction of Downtown to Loop PZ Conversion (the “Project”). The Project has been designed by Parkhill, Inc. The Project includes the following items within its scope: (i) construction of approximately 5,700 linear feet (“LF”) of 8-inch to 12-inch watermain piping by open cut and trenchless methods; (ii) pressure reducing valve (“PRV”); (iii) groutfill abandonment of existing piping; (iv) traffic control; (v) storm water pollution prevention; (vi) restoration; and (vii) all other appurtenances necessary to complete the Project.
