CSP #26-15 Building S10 Roof Refurbishment

The project consists of improvements to Building S10, includingreplacement of the existing standing seam metal roof at the low canopy,selective exterior envelope repairs, restoration of the existing modifiedbitumen roof membrane system with a primer and silicone roof coating system,rerouting of the existing internal roof drains to the building exterior, andassociated drainage improvements at the building perimeter.
