Amendment 0003 corrects the authoritative citation in Continuation of Deliveries and Performance (Section H). Although Amendment 0002 corrected the set-aside verbiage in the On-Ramp/Off-Ramp portion, the correct Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) citation was not updated. Additionally, Attachment-1 PWS IIIAC MHE (03JUN26) W911RX26RA004 and Exhibit B Combined RTOP_Notional_Pricing Workbook_03JUN26_ W911RX26RA004 are the most current versions and shall be used with proposal submissions. All previous versions are obsolete and will not be acceptable for evaluation of proposals. The Solicitation Closing date is not extended.
