Paint identified interior walls and identified door frame. Replace identified interior wall baseboards. Replace identified electrical outlet covers. Replace identified light switch covers. Patch only identified minor holes or defects on identified interior walls. Complete all remaining tasks in a manner that will present a clean, neat, and professional appearance in accordance with this performance work statement (PWS). Proposals will be evaluated using lowest price, technically acceptable.
