Protective Coating Maintenance IDIQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding amendments. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA302026Q0104 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Protective Coating Maintenance at Sheppard AFB, Texas. See Attachment 01 - SOW PCM IDIQ for a detailed description of the requirement sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ contract with a 5-year ordering period. See attached Solicitation FA302026Q0104 for instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and applicable provisions and clauses. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This requirement is set aside for SBA Certified Economically Disadvantaged WOSB (EDWOSB) concerns. The applicable NAICS code is 238320, and the small business size standard is $19.0M employees.
