Beaufort County is soliciting sealed bids from qualified, licensed, and properly insured contractors for the construction and development of Bailey Memorial Park, a passive recreation park located in the Alljoy Community of Bluffton, South Carolina. The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain competitive pricing from experienced contractors capable of completing site development, parking improvements, trails, boardwalk construction, fencing, signage, and associated park infrastructure in accordance with the approved conceptual master plan and civil construction documents. Bailey Memorial Park will serve residents and visitors of Beaufort County while preserving the property's natural resources and passive recreational character.
