SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. It is neither a solicitation nor a Request for Quote (RFQ), and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to conduct market research, identify potential qualified vendors, and determine their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification under NAICS 339114, Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing (size standard: 750 employees).The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 08 is seeking sources capable of providing Dental Delivery Cabinet Systems manufactured by A DEC, Inc., to include chairs, treatment consoles, and delivery cabinet systems. The equipment will support the VA Caribbean Healthcare System, located at 10 Casia Street, San Juan, Puerto Rico. Interested parties may respond by submitting a capability package that includes the following information: Company Name Company Address Point of Contact Phone, Fax, and Email Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements: This must not be a generic line card. It must provide sufficient detail for the Government to assess your capability and inform the procurement strategy.
