The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Oklahoma VA Health Care System is issuing this Sources Sought Notice on behalf of the Oklahoma VA Health Care System located at 921 NE 13th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73104 as a means of conducting market research to identify DOMESTIC MANUFACTURERS having an interest in, and the resources to support this requirement for Dental Instruments with SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS EQUIVALENT TO the following Dentsply equipment: CEREC Primemill US Suction Unit (Dry Milling) 120VAC DS Core care Scanner AC Annual DS Core Care Primemill Annual DS Core Care Speedfire Annual DS Powerup Labor Scanner AC DS Powerup Labor Mill Annual DS Powerup Labor Oven Annual SpeedFire Oven Software 5.2 Software License Stick Gen2 Primescan Scanning speed of 3000 images per second. 3D image conversion speed 1000 images per second. Autoclave or disposable tips. Scanning accuracy of 6.9 ± 0.9 µm. Ethernet or Wi-Fi based connection Suction unit The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Objective: The Oklahoma City VA Health Care System (OKC VAHCS) is seeking DOMESTIC ALTERNATIVES to the Dentsply Sirona Cerec Primescan, Primemill, Speedfire oven, Suction unit and sustainment, for the opening of the new Norman, OK Dental Clinic. This procurement will ultimately result in a new, firm-fixed price contract. The OKC VAHCS is seeking ONLY domestically manufactured products to fulfill this requirement, pursuant to the Buy American Act.
