Pre-Solicitation Notice: Domestic JAA Transportation Services

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy intends to solicit contractor-provided transportation support services for the movement and delivery of JAA aviation fuel utilizing contractor-furnished trucks, and related equipment.
