Jet Propellant Thermally Stable (JPTS) Transportation Services

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy intends to solicit for contractor-provided transportation and logistical support services for the movement and delivery of JPTS aviation fuel utilizing contractor-furnished containers, trucks, and related equipment. Contractor-furnished containers must be certified for JPTS transportation, have an approximate capacity of 24,000 liters (6,340 gallons), and be equipped with appropriate fueling connections, pumps, and adapters. The requirement includes container cleaning and inspection compliance, staging and transportation operations, delivery coordination, loading and offloading support, shipping documentation, customs clearance support, and associated logistics management necessary to transport fuel from the designated port location to Government storage facilities.
