Fiber Optic Cable and Accessories

This notice is prepared I.A.W. RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) and RFO 5.1. This is a Presolicitation Notice. This is NOT a request for quotes. This requirement is for three (3) separate lists of materials that will be awarded as three (3) Kits. The communication cables and accessories are listed in attachments within this notice. Brand Name or equal is required. In accordance with RFO 12.201-1(c)(2), the 111th MSC intends to solicit quotes directly from a minimum of three qualified small business sources. This public notice satisfies the statutory mandate to publish to the GFE. The basis for the award will be Price and other factors: (delivery date). Potential Award date is 30 September 2026.
