Sykes Student Union Window Replacement & Pergola R

West Chester University is seeking a General Construction Contractor for the following scope of work: Work included under this Project consists of window, skylight, and entrance door replacement, refurbishment of the existing pergola structure, and modifications to the front entrance roof scupper and downspout. The project is located at Sykes Student Union, 110 W. Rosedale Ave., West Chester PA 19383. Window replacement will involve removal of existing wood and aluminum framed window systems and shades, installation of new aluminum-framed window systems, new skylights, replacement of existing window shades, and new interior and exterior trim. At each of the three main entrances, new doors will be provided with new door hardware. At the ground floor coffee shop, the interior vestibule storefronts and doors are to be replaced as well. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete construction at the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional, the University, and the University’s representative.
