The intention of this notice is to obtain preventative maintenance to all reverse osmosis systems and water softeners. Must strictly adhere to latest versions of ANSI/AAMI ST108- Water for Processing Medical Devices and VHA Directive 1061 Prevention of Health Care Associated Legionella Disease and Scald Injury from Water Systems. Contractors shall provide all parts, material, labor, and supervision, to provide services at the Dayton VAMC, 4100 W. Third Street Dayton, Ohio 45428.
