Transit Agency Legal Services

This solicitation is being administered by NEORide on behalf of CityBus (Greater Lafayette Public Transportation Corporation). The resulting contract, if awarded, will be between CityBus and the selected consultant. NEORide is serving solely as the procurement administrator for this solicitation. CityBus seeks proposals from qualified law firms to provide comprehensive legal services on an as-needed basis. The selected firm will serve as outside General Counsel to CityBus, providing timely legal advice, strategic counsel, representation, and risk management services supporting the agency's operations, executive leadership, and Board of Directors. The successful proposer shall demonstrate significant experience representing public entities, governmental agencies, municipal corporations, or public transportation agencies, with knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws governing public transit operations.
