On-Call Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Services Request for Qualifications

This solicitation is being administered by NEORide on behalf of CityBus (Greater Lafayette Public Transportation Corporation). The resulting contract, if awarded, will be between CityBus and the selected consultant. NEORide is serving solely as the procurement administrator for this solicitation. CityBus seeks proposals from qualified architectural and engineering (A&E) firms to provide professional services on an as-needed basis in support of future capital improvement projects, facility planning, infrastructure improvements, and other transportation-related initiatives. Services will be requested through individual task orders and may include planning, feasibility studies, architectural and engineering design, environmental documentation, permitting, construction administration, cost estimating, grant support, and other related professional services as needed. The successful proposer shall demonstrate significant experience providing architectural and engineering services for public agencies, municipal organizations, or public transportation providers. Experience with federally funded projects, FTA requirements, ADA accessibility, applicable building codes, environmental compliance, and the planning and design of transit facilities and infrastructure is highly desirable.
