Real Estate Appraisal Review Services

The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) requests proposals from qualified firms to provide independent real estate appraisal review services for COTA projects, including support for bus rapid transit projects. Services may support right-of-way and related acquisition, partial acquisitions, temporary and permanent easements, relocations, excess-property transactions, and other real property activities. Firms submitting proposals must be prequalified consulting firms for ODOT and must be able to support the indicated volume of work and anticipated corridor-level surges without delaying acquisition.
