Plumbing Services JOC

The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA), doing business as Cincinnati Metro, is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed plumbing contractors to provide on-call plumbing services on an as-needed basis. SORTA intends to award one or more contracts with a not-to-exceed value to be determined through negotiations. Services will be performed under a time-and-materials contract structure, with work authorized through individual task orders (job orders). No minimum volume of work or contract value is guaranteed. SORTA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reissue this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and to add additional qualified contractors to the awarded pool at a later date. Qualified firms are invited to submit competitive sealed proposals in accordance with the requirements outlined in this RFQ. All proposals must be submitted through SORTA's OpenGov Procurement Portal by the stated deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted or considered.
