General Contracting JOC

The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA), commonly known as Cincinnati Metro, is soliciting qualifications from licensed general contractors to provide on-call construction services on an as-needed basis. SORTA intends to award one or more contracts, each with not-to-exceed construction budget of $200,000 f or a three-year term. Services will be performed under a time-and-materials contracting arrangement and assigned through individual task orders (job orders). There is no guarantee of a minimum volume or value of work under any resulting contract. SORTA reserves the right to reissue this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) in the future and to add additional qualified contractors to the pool of awarded firms as deemed necessary. Qualified firms are invited to submit sealed qualifications for consideration in accordance with the requirements of this RFQ. All submissions must be submitted electronically through SORTA’s OpenGov Procurement Portal by the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
