Citywide Street Lighting LED Conversion and Network Controls

The City of Columbus, through Columbus Water and Power and the Division of Power (DOP), invites qualified teams (Proposers) to submit proposals for a citywide program to inventory, plan, manage, secure financing, design, permit, install, and test the LED conversion of all City streetlights not already converted to LED, and for a networked Lighting Management System (LMS) focused on Columbus’s three (3) planned Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) corridors, to improve energy efficiency, safety, and operational performance.
