60-Pressure Washer Repair Services

PURPOSE: To establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement for Pressure Washer Repair Services on an as-needed basis. The estimated dollar amount to be spent on this agreement is $20,000.00. This is an estimate of the annual needs of the City under this Agreement and is for bidding purposes only. This estimate is not to be construed as representing an actual order for that amount, or a guarantee that any minimum amount will actually be purchased. Subsequent to the acceptance of an offer, individual written purchase orders may be issued as needed by the City to purchase items listed herein during the term of the agreement. At no time shall the obligation of the City agency exceed the dollar amount of any associated purchase order. The Agreement will expire on November 30, 2027. Any available funds not obligated by the City by means of a Purchase Order on or prior to that date shall be cancelled after that date. The service provider shall provide all necessary labor, parts, materials, tools, and equipment to complete repairs. Service work shall be done by properly trained and authorized service technicians. All maintenance and repairs must be performed on-site unless extensive repairs require off-site work. Response time should be within 24 hours of the request. Schedules and repair services may vary and will be performed continuously throughout the duration of the agreement. This service agreement will permit calling in a FACTORY AUTHORIZED service technician for PM’s, making repairs due to breakdown of our pressure washers. Vendor to be within the State of Ohio or within 100 miles of the service address for same-day emergency service/repairs. This agreement will be for multiple locations of Columbus Water & Power for approximately ten (10) pressure washers; however, additional equipment and/or locations may be added or replaced during the term of the Agreement.
